Eleven Days

Donald Harstad

The last two are by the same author Donald Harstad. Eleven Days and Known Dead are the two that I read. Now don't take offense Holmes, but the main character in these books reminds me of you. His name is Carl and he'a a little out of shape, likes to eat but has to watch the fats. He likes doughnuts a great deal. His wife is a school teacher and they live in a small town in Iowa. He is such a nice guy and so real. Now, I'm not saying your out of shape Holmes....or that you like doughnuts, but it's the nice guy part that reminds me of you. Funny but in reading the two books by Harstad....I cared less about the crime and really got into Carl as a real person.
