Jones is not an easy read. I have often had to go back over the sentences a couple of times to get the meaning but it has been worth it. I read Jones' novel "The Known World" and I really liked it. This book is a book of short stories all of which take place in Washington D.C..................the stories are often strange but always beautiful!
