At only 100 pages in, I must recommend my current read. This is a novel with a full landscape of people and events, skillfully woven by a great author. The characters are captivating, funny, and surprising, and you find yourself anxious to get back to them. Malone is brilliant at characterization, and then manipulating those characters lives to weave seamlessly and flawlessly with one another. This is one of the best I've read this year. If you're a Russo fan, Malone will definitely please you in the same way. Thank you Holmes for sharing this one with me, I don't know if I'd have discovered him on my own.
