The more I read of Alice Hoffman, the more I enjoy her. Turtle Moon was a another little magical romp through some quirky character's lives. This time the setting is Florida, and the heat was so intense I felt like I was sweltering while I read - the heat also makes people in the novel do things they would never normally dream of doing. The heat brings out heroes, and villians and even an angel. A nice, easy, satisfying book. :-)
