A Storm of Swords

George R. R. Martin

Purchase this title at B&N

I could not put this book down. It's the best one of the series so far, IMO (with A Game of Thrones coming in second.) The twists and turns the plot takes are so unexpected - I was often left speechless! Well, except for muttering "ohmygod" out loud several times. I can't think of another time I have been so involved in a story and its characters. Thank you, thank you, Bonnie for so ruthlessly pursuading me into reading this series. (okay, so that's not really a review, but I couldn't possibly figure out how to summarize this book anyway.)
