A Darkness More than Night

Michael Connelly

Purchase this title at B&N

Again one with Terry McCaleb but now combined with Harry Bosch, which gives an exciting book. The psychological depthening of the characters is a bit more flat compared to Blood Work but still worth the read and still entertaining. Especially the chemistry between McCaleb and Bosch works out really well here. The most interesting part of this book for me was the link made to a medieval Dutch painter Jheronimus Bosch who made very sinister but very interesting paintings. Connelly used this "character" ingenious in this book with the comparison of Harry Bosch (who's name is of course the same as the painter). Thrilling!
